Adding Rock Paper Scissors - Sheldon Cooper edition #246

We would like to add a new script which allows to play Rock Paper Scissors in the version shown in the TV-Show Big Bang Theory. It will introduce to new classes, namly lizzard and Spock.

Please assign the issue to me.
