Update the Readme, typos and file formats properly #257

Seems in some scripts the readme is not updated and the links are not directed to the exact folder. Need help in correcting them

Hi @MrIsCM please check out the existing Readme and if you find any fixes feel free to do it. Else I will close this issue in next few weeks
