Configure ESLint for Code Quality and added badge to readme.md

This PR sets up ESLint to enhance code quality and consistency across the project. The ESLint configuration will check for syntax issues and enforce best practices, helping to maintain a cleaner codebase.

Changes Made:

• Installed and configured ESLint with appropriate rules.
• Added CI status in the Readme file
