Support Custom Date Ranges #2

Currently, the progress bar only tracks the progress of the current year. We should extend the functionality to allow users to input custom date ranges (e.g., fiscal years, project timelines) and see the corresponding progress.

Hi @Harsh1737 actually the functionality is been incorporated, can you make it via UI ?
