Can we configure Elmah email setting at runtime

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?

based on so far what i saw, I did not find any option to configure Elmah email 
setting at runtime, basically we need to encrypt smtp email password & so was 
trying to find any option but seems like this is not possible since 
ErrorMailModule does not allow to set value for AuthUserName & AuthPassword.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?

More security while using elmah

This sounds more like a question than a feature request so please post it to 
the ELMAH discussion group[1] instead (and I promise to answer). Once it has 
been established that what you ask cannot be done without modifying the ELMAH 
sources, it would be fair to re-open this.
