Added Georgian translation #317

Georgia (Georgian: საქართველო) is a country at the intersection of Eastern Europe and Western Asia.

I simply added strings.xml of local ka

📄 Motivation and Context

Your library does not have Georgian language support. unfortunately Google translation is commonly inaccurate when it comes to translating sentences in Georgian language so I don't think you can really check accuracy but I am Georgian and thus I know my native language and I really like this library and want it to have Georgian language support as well. That's why I want to contribute to this library.

I assume as I only added strings.xml of local ka, no part of code should get broken. To test if my addition works, language has to be changed to ქართული or Georgian in Android settings. I just don't know, how to implement modified library to test it, I'm quite new to Android Development and have never created my own library, I just really like using this one and want it to have my native language support as well
