Display delays are too short #8

From Dom: This may not be an issue for native English speakers, but right now many of the information panels (scores, how to play, game feedback, etc...) are not staying long enough to be easy to read for people who read slowly, and they cannot be paused, only skipped.

Possible solutions:

Add a way to select duration of delays
Add a key to stop the display from progressing

This will be fixed in the next version, I added keyboard navigation to move left and right so we can navigate between the different screens of the intro sequence, making it easy to read the instructions again if that was too fast.
