The Problem

The current Readme file is outdated, containing wrong information from the original repo, and missing some new details.

Suggested Solution

To change:

Repo URL in installation instructions.

To add:

Overview of what the provisioning script does;
Mention that installation steps will be skipped if not necessary - leading to preservation of local changes.
