Please inform AskHR team once you surrender assets/ID/access card after your last working day either by contacting them or write from your personal email id without fail to complete the final settlement process and release Relieving Letter

We will initiate the courier pickup on 31st Aug’21. Kindly pack and keep the asset ready along with declaration form (Hard Copy-2No’s). Kindy share the personal mail id to send the declaration form to complete the courier process.

Please read through the email for smooth completion of Final Settlement process and releasing your Relieving Letter 1.Exit pack is attached in the email. 2.Exit Pack needs to be sent 30 days before the last working day and confirmation on assets/ID/access surrender on your last working day. Action to be taken as part of pack submission

  1. Please fill in the pack and share it to your People Leader to validate and seek approval. Kindly raise an AskHR case, attach the soft copies of the pack along with the People Leader approval email (manual signature not mandatory) or your People Leader may raise an AskHR case sharing the completed exit pack. Note: People Leader email approval on exit pack is required in absence of signature Navigation to raise an AskHR case: myHR / Get Things Done / For my Career / Leaving the Bank / Offboarding Inquiry or Request 2.Online Investment proofs submission via HRWorkways (Mandate) to be completed before submitting pack. Hard copy along with exit pack will not be considered Please upload all your investment proof documents through HR work ways following the navigation as: HRWorkways >> Year End>> IPSF submission. Upload the proofs images with Bar Code sheet and Form 12BB in IPSF 2021- ’22 submissions which will be enabled for you. Reimbursement bills to be uploaded in HRWorkways as part of phase I submission. Hard copies will not be considered. 3.GFS – No dues on travel settlement (drop an email to R2P.ASK@sc.com and attach approval email with exit pack). Mandatory for all employees. You might find an automatic reply while writing to the team which can be ignored. You can continue writing to them and the team shall respond with the clearance for your email sent 4.Company Leased Car – Mandatory only for all Band 6 & above (company leased car – raise an AskHR case and attach the no due clearance email along with exit pack) 5.Company Leased Accommodation - Mandatory only for employees who have availed Company leased Accommodation –Email confirmation to be obtained from B.SreenivasaRajeev@cbre.co.in attach the approval email along with exit pack) 6.Club membership- Mandatory only for Band 4 & above employees. Employee Self Declaration Page, confirm your acknowledgement over an email on the declaration/ mention your name against the signature and submit along with the exit pack 10.Gratuity forms to be filled and shared, applicable for employees who have continuous service of 4 years 240 days if your last working day is before 1st April 2021 and 4 years 190 days if your last working day is on or after 1st April 2021

Action to be taken as part on your last working day: Important Note on Property /Asset Surrender: • It is mandatory to notify AskHR team once you surrender assets/ID/access cards by writing an email to askhr@sc.com from your personal email id in order to release your Final Settlement and Relieving Letter

• All Staff should comply to IT Asset exit policy, ensure to surrender the tagged asset(s) to Central Asset Management team on or before the last working day.

• Staffs based in Chennai & Bangalore may visit nearest GBS office to surrender the asset(s).

• Staffs residing outside of Chennai and Bangalore, CAM team will initiate the courier process to collect the asset from your residence (Home address) which is shared by Offboarding Helpdesk team

• For “Non-Serviceable” - you should provide alternate pin codes for asset pick up If none of the alternate locations are serviceable by Blue Dart for pick up, you would be required to drop the asset in the nearest Blue Dart office based on CAM confirmation

• You are held liable for any repair or replacement cost due to damages, to assigned laptop / other assets

• For laptop shipment, please make note of below points:

Do’s • Download the IT asset exit declaration form from Bridge Portal (link shared below), fill in the details as per the instruction provided by the CAM team and take printout. https://thebridge.zone1.scb.net/docs/DOC-622193 • Pack the Assets (laptop charger, headset, mouse) properly in a carton box and seal it to ensure for safe transport. • Pack ID/access cards in a separate envelope addressing to respective Property Team and Branch and place in the same carton box • Paste the delivery address details (as provided in the attached declaration letter) on top of the pack • List down the items being surrendered on a paper(print out or hand written) and appreciate to take a photo of the same for your reference. Please place a copy of the list in the carton box as well. • Note: The assets surrendered will be validated against this declaration provided and taken for further processing. • You may share them while confirming AskHR over email • Ensure you are reachable and available at home for Blue Dart pickup • Provide necessary support (if required) to the courier pickup staffs for reaching your residence. • Provide the filled in declaration form printout to the Blue Dart pick up person along with the packed box. • Post hand over of asset(s) to courier staff, kindly send an email confirmation to ITAssetManagment and AskHR, attaching the list of items being sent. Don’ts • Do not pack the assets in a damaged or unsafe boxes.

• Do not reschedule the pickup appointment unnecessarily.

• Avoid last minute preparation, such as packing and declaration form filling, after the pickup person reaches your residence.

Important points Notice Period-Not applicable for PIT movement

  1. Notice period served by Employees from Band 9B to 5A is 60 calendar days (includes weekend and Publicholiday) Band 4 and Managing Director would be 90 calendar days (includes weekend and Public holiday), this is applicable for employees who joined before 1-February 2017.

Notice period served by Employees in Band 9B to 5A is 90 calendar days (includes weekend and Public holiday), this is applicable for employees who joined on or after 1-February 2017. Leave Salary will be prorated and calculated based on data in Employee Portal, ensure all the future dated leaves are Cancelled and approved by the LM once Last working date is updated in the employee portal.

  1. Check if all your personal details are updated in the Employee Portal – Login – Me – Personal Information (This is important for future communication with you)

  2. Payslips / Form 16 can be sent to your personal email id from employee portal until your last working day. The below links are not applicable once you exit from the organisation

  1. Please read through the Exit pack and the FAQ’s that may be useful to understand the timelines to complete the final settlement process/dispatch of relieving letter/formulas used for leaves, notice period and on Provident Fund withdrawal / transfers.

  3. Bank Account: Your staff account will be converted to an axcessPlus account and the relevant fees will apply
