Action to be taken as part on your last working day: Important Note on Property /Asset Surrender: • It is mandatory to notify AskHR team once you surrender assets/ID/access cards by writing an email to askhr@sc.com from your personal email id in order to release your Final Settlement and Relieving Letter
• All Staff should comply to IT Asset exit policy, ensure to surrender the tagged asset(s) to Central Asset Management team on or before the last working day.
• Staffs based in Chennai & Bangalore may visit nearest GBS office to surrender the asset(s).
• Staffs residing outside of Chennai and Bangalore, CAM team will initiate the courier process to collect the asset from your residence (Home address) which is shared by Offboarding Helpdesk team
• For “Non-Serviceable” - you should provide alternate pin codes for asset pick up If none of the alternate locations are serviceable by Blue Dart for pick up, you would be required to drop the asset in the nearest Blue Dart office based on CAM confirmation
• You are held liable for any repair or replacement cost due to damages, to assigned laptop / other assets

• For laptop shipment, please make note of below points:
Do’s • Download the IT asset exit declaration form from Bridge Portal (link shared below), fill in the details as per the instruction provided by the CAM team and take printout. https://thebridge.zone1.scb.net/docs/DOC-622193 • Pack the Assets (laptop charger, headset, mouse) properly in a carton box and seal it to ensure for safe transport. • Pack ID/access cards in a separate envelope addressing to respective Property Team and Branch and place in the same carton box • Paste the delivery address details (as provided in the attached declaration letter) on top of the pack • List down the items being surrendered on a paper(print out or hand written) and appreciate to take a photo of the same for your reference. Please place a copy of the list in the carton box as well. • Note: The assets surrendered will be validated against this declaration provided and taken for further processing. • You may share them while confirming AskHR over email • Ensure you are reachable and available at home for Blue Dart pickup • Provide necessary support (if required) to the courier pickup staffs for reaching your residence. • Provide the filled in declaration form printout to the Blue Dart pick up person along with the packed box. • Post hand over of asset(s) to courier staff, kindly send an email confirmation to ITAssetManagment and AskHR, attaching the list of items being sent. Don’ts • Do not pack the assets in a damaged or unsafe boxes.
• Do not reschedule the pickup appointment unnecessarily.
• Avoid last minute preparation, such as packing and declaration form filling, after the pickup person reaches your residence.
Important points Notice Period-Not applicable for PIT movement
Notice period served by Employees in Band 9B to 5A is 90 calendar days (includes weekend and Public holiday), this is applicable for employees who joined on or after 1-February 2017. Leave Salary will be prorated and calculated based on data in Employee Portal, ensure all the future dated leaves are Cancelled and approved by the LM once Last working date is updated in the employee portal.
Check if all your personal details are updated in the Employee Portal – Login – Me – Personal Information (This is important for future communication with you)
Payslips / Form 16 can be sent to your personal email id from employee portal until your last working day. The below links are not applicable once you exit from the organisation
