Added elements and normal indices to changekon #27

Fixes issue https://github.com/Dhondtguido/CalculiX/issues/19 Element definition (eg. Type=Mass, Type=T3D2) in combination with composite option on shell section card (ERROR in changekon)
Includes all element types except user elements and updates the normal indices (iponor) which is needed when they are beams or shells.
