Pull request solves issue 61 (https://github.com/Dhondtguido/CalculiX/issues/61).

Attached zip file with example from standard ccx test library (contact13.inp) and its output with the current ccx 2.21 version and after the correction. zip file further includes the fortran source code update. nprint_initialization.zip
