Added a new example that allows you to use the OPL2 board as a MIDI device when controlled with a Teensy++ 2.0 or later. This allows you to use the OPL2 board as a MIDI synth with your favorite music creation software or emulation for example with DosBox.
Added MIDI drum instrument patches
Fixed missing include for OPL2.h when selecting to use the library form the Arduino IDE menu
