Play vgm #51

Added library that will play vgm-files. vgmrips.net hosts a library of compatible music files. Also included two demo songs downloaded from vgmrips.net.

Thanks for having a look at my comments. Everything is ok so I'm going to merge it and then it will be pushed as an Arduino library manager update for v1.5.0 of the OPL2 library in the coming days.
