set up record creation for new scans and excel files
organized functions for extracting data from excel files
removed get_shape_data function (was determined to not be feasible as openpyxl did not support extraction on shape details and win32com could not extract any relevant information on shapes)
get_chart_data successfully implemented (using win32com, meaning the system this application can run on is restricted to windows)
scan_list and scan_result pages now retrieve the data by calling the database directly (previously the data was passed via sessions from the begin_scan() method)
added a file_details.html page which displays the results from the excel_file data extraction of a particular excel_file
set up skeleton of "algorithm" directory (will move main functions from main.py into these python files, then we'll import the functions from these files and use them in main.py)
removing all of the venv files that were accidentally added to the repo
