Slide number #19

As discussed, it would be amazing to have slide number displayed on a corner of the presentation. With possibility to set our own counter and show or not the total slide number.

Currentlym the definition of a "frame" is very weak, and as such there is no semantic demarcation, only a UI demarcation. This is interesting, and ties with other issues like #20 #18
