NeoBesms not working with PCSX2 2.0.0 #1

Anytime I try to read and write to PCSX2 2.0.0, it doesn't work. I am using the latest build, and using administrator doesn't work either.

for now, use pcsx2 1.6.0 but with the parappa build instead

It works, you just need to set the proper EEMEM offset with Shift+F9.
