CC-Light Qubit Object

The CC-Light qubit object is based on the (abstract base class) qubit object and contains all standard single qubit experiments required for basic operation.

Status update and next steps:

• Basic structure of the qubit object is there (relates to #42 ).

Adding some notes here of problems that are introduced (and should be solved).

• changed prefix for microwave pulses from Q_ to mw_. This will lead to problems in the calibrate_ methods that still rely on the old naming.
• the amplitude/motzoi calibration happens through the parameter amp180/motzoi related to the value in the LutMan. It is instead done here through the VSM. I cannot easily ignore that (using a build in conversion) as the Duplexer uses nice attenuation dac values ranging from 0-65536. Not hard, just need to fix it.

Based on discussions with @brianzi and @NielsBultink only IQ modulated spectroscopy modes will be supported.

This means:

• Resonator spec
  • IQ modulated RO
• Qubit spec
  • A spec pulse will be added to the mw_lutman
  • The spec pulse duration must be a multiple of 20 ns (due to VSM triggering constraints)
  • The VSM output channel can be specified to allow selecting what drive line (or feedline) to rout the spec pulse to.

Qubit object ready for testing (see also #334 and #335). Still need to integrate in demo notebook (this is the testing of the code) and then give the demo (which will be the review).

All basic features of the qubit object are there. Closing as I will now continue to work on other features.
