Add terms with the transliteration system (i.e. without diacritics) #23

@frederik-elwert can you please implement in VocBench the language option for Sanskrit in simplified transliteration?

Do we want this to be implemented in the background for search only, or would we prefer to actually have "krishna" listed as an alternative label for "kṛṣṇa"?

Regarding the implementation, for me the former would make the most sense but maybe it's just as easy to have it listed as alternative label?

Max & co suggested we add an even more simple option:

e.g. Avalokiteśvara => Avalokitesvara e.g. Kṛṣṇa => Krisna

so

ṣ → s ś → s

Before we do anything about this, we should wait for the RUB's reply regarding new updates on SKOSMOS (about case-sensitivity & automatization of modifications?)
