Audio fix #96

Added volume control Will stop audio if its pressed while audio is being played Smallscreen includes volume control and theme Redid fontawesome icons with the latest fontawesome kit Added icons for live price and average

Sound control can be hit or miss because icons are being transformed to svg after loading. Any event handling has to be done on the element and not the . If it doesn't work, just reload the page and wait a sec. Tried my best to fix it but I think we just have too much stuff running (because of me)
