Filter requests #162

So far, you can only filter requests by clicking on "show only requests for my institution". With an increasing number of requests and calls, the list will become very long and confusing. So there will be the need to filter the requests at least by call, e. g., to show only requests for my institution for TA call 3 and so on.

It is also important to filter approved requests/projects.

You can sort all columns in the overview of Requests by clicking on the title of the column. So I hope we can stick with the current situation?

It works for us at the moment, but we should keep this in mind for future enhancements/developments, as the usability increases a lot if there is a filter by call.
