TA: submitting a request - mandatory fields? #194

I created a new request and only chose the institution - it was possible to submit this request without filling any other field. Maybe it would be helpful to define mandatory fields that have to be filled before the requester can submit the request?

The wireframes of the TA form have been evaluated over and over again and this is the result of those discussions: not too many mandatory fields. I think this is something to be evaluated after the first TA Call and of course in the meantime the TA Coordinators can urge requesters via the comments section to fill in more fields if necessary.
