Email not checked in Supporter information #204

Description

I filled in an invalid email in supporter information and no error message told me that this email is an invalid email.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Create a new TA Request
  2. Fill in invalied email (jane.doe) in the supporter information
  3. Submit the reqiesy

What's the expected result?

I expected to have a error message because the email is invalid

What's the actual result?

I can submit my request with this invalid information.

I consider this a minor issue (the same would be applicable for the phone number) which we can take care of later on.
