Editing institution's main contact and email without visible result

Description

As institution moderator I would like to add a contact person and a contact person's email. The fields may be filled in the institution profile form but contact and email do not show in the Main Address tab under institution overview.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. +Edit institution
2. enter contact person/email
3. check result on institution page

What's the expected result?

• Contact and email under Main Address

What's the actual result?

• no contact no email under Main Address
