My VA request have been approved, yet no notification arrived #219

Description

My VA request have been approved, yet no notification arrived.. therefore potentially i would not even be aware that ut has been approved and when.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to Requests - My own requests
  2. Check the status on the right
  3. If the status is green and says 'approved', congrats.. but you would probably want to know about it via email

What's the expected result?

Notification via email after the request is approved

What's the actual result?

No notification via email after the request is approved

That functionality is not implemented. The relevant VA coordinator should have received an email notification though, so please check that.

In this case the relevant VA coordinator should have been myself. I did not get an approval notification. Is it possilbe to check the timestamp of the request approval and the notification email?

I am sorry, I misunderstood: upon approval no email notification is sent; an email notification is only sent in case a requester submits a request and then the relevant coordinator receives an email notification. All communications about the request will then take place within ELViS in the comments section.
