note:there are some duplicated rows in the template in Zoology Invertebrates and Vertebrates categories, plus a non-applicable line (dry pinned) category in the Vertebrates section. See NHM London template for the rows.

I only see 11 documents and there are +/-20 institutes involved? Or are these just the TAF members?

Hi Michiel, no it is incomplete. I will send a new reminder to the missing institutes today.

Incorporating this in the current setup will not be possible anymore given the time left before the deadline, plus the fact that not all institutions will have this information available in time, so making a combination of free text fields AND a dropdown list to deal with this is too complicated
