reference-file.csv file missing in the reporsitory #135

unfortunatly the link to the "reference-file.csv" in the toutorial section is not leading to anything.

The 'DiSSCo/SDR' repository doesn't contain the 'docs/tutorials/reference-file.csv' path in 'main'.
