Set up staging image server

We need an image server for the SDR prototype (MVP) and it has been suggested (by Alex Hardisty/Wouter Addink) that this would be done as part of the DiSSCo Image server pilot (images.nsidr.org)

Will be based on CORDRA object server where each image is a separate FDO.
Will allow exploration of code execution (e.g., ML training) as operations on images, alongside the server.
Will allow exploration of AAI to provide/limit access to images with sensitive content.
Will allow exploration of interactions between CORDRA and IIIF

@benscott and @PaulBrack are building the first dummy workflow (#8 ) which will be using images. It would be useful to start using the DiSSCo Image server as soon as possible.

@wouteraddink and @sharifX what additional information do you need from us? Is the DiSSCo staging server described in another DiSSCo issue?

As an interim measure until the image server is up and running the dummy workflow (#8) can make do with a dummy image server by using nsidr.org itself. That just requires depositing a JSON schema for the image objects and an account through which the workflow can access them. Ideally, the dummy workflow should use the DOIP client but HTTP works too.

Already built a prototype for ROIs for specimen extent in the DiSSCo image repository. Schema for storing ROIs. Enough of an overlap to try and get integration.
