I have requested an on-premises virtual machine to host our Proof of Concept.

I will confirm the exact specification soon but:

500GB SSD
16-32GB RAM
=>i5 or equivalent
OS: Ubuntu 20.x

Public url: sdr.nhm.ac.uk

@PaulBrack for the maintenance of Galaxy and the Registry of tools (Tool Shed in Galaxy vernacular) this will fall to Manchester during the PoC/UAT stages (e.g. until the end of the project).

We can review system resources following the PoC to decide if we need something higher spec.

Galaxy server installed on sdr-poc-1 and NGINX proxy set up - unavailable on sdr.nhm.ac.uk so far so may require some domain set up or firewall admin outside my control
