Validate open Digital Specimen objects #33

Create specimen data object tool needs Galaxy tool tests, to validate generated json.

This would rely on implementing #27 and #18 which we will not implement during the SYNTHESYS+ project. I think this would make more sense to use an external validator/service, perhaps provided by DiSSCo?
