Teklia tool does not run when chained together with other tools #48

When running the workflow "SDR milestone 1 test" (shared), the Teklia tool produces error 'cannot find 'opends_properties'.

However, when run standalone, it does not produce this error

Closed as workaround in place (remove code element from xml and implement jq to parse out values). Still some work to do to wrap tools more coherently - moved this work to https://github.com/DiSSCo/SDR/issues/59
