Create open Digital Specimen to DarwinCore exporter #51

Need to discuss and see whether any instiuttions/project partners would find this useful compared to a CSV export tool (#86 ). I am also assuming that at some point an openDS to DwC tool would be made by DiSSCo. Given the openDS schema has not been finalised then this is probably a low priority.

This will be challenging to implement as there is potentially data which cannot be easily mapped to DarwinCore and flattening hierarchical data is not easy. It makes more sense to reconsider building an exporter/converter once the open Digital Specimen standard is stable.

NB there was also a discussion at TDWG 2022 lead by David Fichtmueller to discuss mapping different biodiversity data/specimen standards to one another. This would be a lot easier to implement if there was existing mappings (and known incompatibilities).
