Actions from meeting 16th April 2021 (BS; PB)

PB:

Compose basic workflow
Identify how intitiation step should be built. Should it be a tool - in which case, how to make it required. Or are there preprocessing hooks?

BS:

Create simple Docker image (resize image/convert to greyscale?)
Wrap it as a galaxy component
TBC: JSON input schema validation / JSON output. We don't want to reinvent the wheel every time, so think how these thould work.
