Instance should be upgraded to https #92

Currently, the Ansible deployment scripts create a Galaxy instance which serves on HTTP.

This should be upgraded to HTTPS using the functionality already outlined in the example deployment at https://github.com/galaxyproject/ansible-galaxy

This upgrade has now been made on NHM instances
