Develop an approach for obtaining user feedback on SDR performance #99

As suggested by Christopher Kermorvant at the SDR update, it would be useful for users to be able to provide an assessment of the performance of the SDR for specific images.

This feedback could be reported to the SDR development team and Teklia who could use it to improve or retrain models.

One suggestion is to use RO-Crates to bundle images, tool output and feedback for sharing with partners.
