PR refactors the digital media page viewer to accept normal and IIIF formatted images. Also reimplements the digital media representation item for IIIF.

Also:

Adds a 404 page
Renames MAS to Mas (tot align with CamelCase)

Same duplication as PR 118, not fixing that as I want to keep these files apart from each other (is reappearing because of the MAS name changes).
