Rework specimen page

PR reworks the Specimen Page according to the design, specially on the subject of different heights of elements like the ID Card. Some work still needs to be done to this page like adding more harmonized fields.

Modifies:

• Specimen Page to be more inline with the design

Resolves:

• Fixes the broken styles of the annotation modal
