Commit adds enhanced content blocks to the Specimen Page, based upon a template. Also enhanced the responsiveness for tablet users (still needs more refinement in the future).

Adds:

Template for content blocks in digital specimen overview

Modifies:

Responsive classes of Specimen page to be more suited for Tablet users
