Feature homepage&annotation types

This PR mainly delivers work on the Homepage and the Annotating of Specimens. The Homepage got updated with some new content and updated existing content. The big change is in the editing of annotations. This has completely been reworked to be more inline with adding annotations via a form. The different annotation types all got their respective views for messages and forms where as the user can now freely switch between annotations while being in add/edit mode. Removing annotations has also been reintroduced, now displayed on the bottom of the form when an annotation already exists.

This update makes the annotations modal component pretty complex, but rich in functionality to optimize the user experience.
