ods:scientificNameHtmlLabel: change name and label to uppercase HTML #178

Feedback

Change the term name to ods:scientificNameHTMLLabel, as all other abbreviations within the term name are capitalized as well, even if followed by another word, e.g. ods:physicalSpecimenIDType or ods:isIDPersistent , only exception is if the term starts with an abbreviation, e.g. ods:midsLevel.

The label should then also have the uppercase HTML: "Scientific Name HTML Label".
