Send object for digitization #144

As a digitization request handler (digitizer) I want to send objects as loan to another facility so that the item could be digitized.

As a Handler of a digitization request I might need to send objects as loan to another facility to do the digitization (due to equipment restrictions). As a Handler I am then becoming a Requester. Related costs need to be identified. Digitizer - needs to know: type of specimen, region of the specimen, number of specimens, size of the specimen, lifestage (like only adults) what work will be performed after the digitization (e.g. taxonomic work), 2D/3D type of digitization, protocol to be followed (e.g. soft or calcified tissues), analysis needed after digitization (e.g. surface models)
