As a curator I want to monitor and in specific cases restrict access to geographical coordinates of collection sites so that I can stop ruthless exploitation of strictly protected species (or e.g. fossils) for this I need a possibility to personally evaluate every request for a combination of certain data categories, and the possibility to modify the answer to a data request.
