Adds a new /dpa Data Processing Addendum page outlining our GDPR commitment
Updates T&Cs to include link to DPA and Privacy policy
Adds addendum to existing T&C
Adds a basic cookie consent popup for new users

What happens if you want to decline? You close the tab?

Great question. Well, studying a few sites noone really seems to actually go to that length. So why should we invest too heavily? It's a simple start and should get us moving
