Build pipeline does not remove building indicator #8

Expected Behavior: The build in progress icon is expected to disappear when a build finishes in all cases

To recreate:

  1. Navigate to "Dashboard > Builds" when there is a build in progress
  2. Observe the build in progress icon
  3. Wait until the build fails
  4. Observe the build in progress icon remains Screen Shot 2013-01-22 at 3 04 49 PM
  5. Navigate to Jenkins and observe that no build is in progress
