added four models and did some basic server configuration #3

Phone Number models I have left as type String, in case there are any special characters or they begin with a zero. I have done the same with Voter Registration Numbers, Driver's License Numbers, and receipts. This can change. I've also added address and location fields simply as type Object. We can further elaborate on these fields if necessary.
