I tried to install the app on my Pixel 6A on the latest android, and install failed. So I tried via ADB and got this error:

After decompiling, recompiling and zipaligning using apktool, the app then installs fine.

Duh.. I am blind. Apologies. Apparently known and included in https://github.com/DiaKEM/dexcom-g7-apk-patcher/pull/24.
