Re-name insulins in settings #36

Most people know their insulins by the brand names (Homolog, Apidra, Novolog, etc. The names on the picker wheel in settings and tutorial are presently the drug names Like Lispro, Glulisine,Aspart.

Changed to registered trademark names like Humalog®.
