Allow the user to open a channel to see a page that shows more details about the channel.
For now, just show the uploader, a bigger version of the thumbnail, and some other channel details.
Let's also show a table with a list of videos and whether or not we've already got them.
The table should be paginated and should have either checkboxes to check off videos you want to download... or just a download now button. We need to think about how this will look on mobile.
