DV extended metadata #6

Some work has been done in https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/PySIMRecon/tree/get-extended-header-working but this needs to be checked against DV files from softworx. Also probably could be improved.

Currently the axes are in the wrong order, when copied directly from the raw DV file, meaning the order of the extended header frames doesn't match the order of the image frames.
