Allow a separate dark OR flat in the nxtomo_loader #400

The nxtomo_loader fails if a separate flat is passed but the dark is in the input file.

Create SEPARATE data objects for both darks and flats (Imagekey/noImagekey) and store somewhere. Nxtomo_loader_test contains a test ready for this.
