When run on it's own in a process list, TomoPhantomLoader now creates a NeXuS file called 'synthetic_data.nxs' linking to the phantom and synthetic projection data. This file is structured so that when it is loaded by NxTomoLoader, NxTomoLoader will open the synthetic projection data, but when loaded by SavuNexusLoader, SavuNexusLoader will open the phantom.
